Principal’s Message

St. Thomas State School marked the beginning of an era to cater to the education needs of children from all walks of life. This  institution was created with an objective of providing an outstanding unmatched education in character building, leadership, extra and co-curricular activities along with academics with the help of a strong, dedicated and qualified team of educators who are now the driving force in the growth of the School.

Some of the highlights of achievements in this year have been the high performance results by our students laced with many awards received in various events, conducted both in-house and inter school competitions. Our students represented Karnataka State in National Level Handball, Athletics and excelled in Chess, Badminton at state level competitions, bringing laurels to the institution. Pavan Kumar and Lohith Aradya of grade X were selected to participate in National
Handball championship to be held at Haryana. Spoorthi BV participated in the Sub Junior Bharatanatyam classical dance competition and secured many prizes and awards.

The journey that is laced beautifully with triumphs would not have been possible without the support of the School Governing Board, the patronage of our valued parents and the teaching faculty, who in all humility and sincerity contribute their valuable talents and resources. I speak for the entire team of St. Thomas School in saying “We would not accomplish what we do without your help”. I deeply cherish the revered bond we have formed with the Management team and governing members over the years for entrusting us with the future of the children to mould and sculpt their minds, enrich their souls and ignite the spark of lifelong learning in them.

My hearty congratulations to all our students for displaying exceptional hard work and the pursuance of excellence by  achieving honours and distinctions not only in academics but also in parallel arenas of Arts, Creativity, Sports and Debate. Their dedication and respect makes me proud. It is rightly said that “A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards its
achievement”. We are committed in taking constructive and purposeful actions to produce valuable stalwart of students who will bring glory to the School, to the State and the Nation on the whole.
